- Coverage - 24 x 7 Platform Support (ELK / Prometheus / AppDynamics )
- Incident Resolution & Service Requests fulfillment for Development, QA, Pre-prod, Production environments
- Product upgrades and patches on the above mentioned platform
- DR related activities
- Monitoring & Outage Management
- Knowledge Management
- Certification management
- User management and administration
- Good knowledge of Security (SSL encryption and LDAP integrations)
- Working experience with Azure environment
- Good understanding on Redhat Linux
Minimum years of experience: 5+
