Detailed Job Description:
- Troubleshooting collaboration and mobile applications such as Mobile Iron, Intune, Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint, RightFax, Proofpoint, MS Office 365, Exchange, MS Teams, Yammer and Cisco CUCILync
- Deployments and Installs of the above software
- Expert in O365 and profiles
- Working with Tier 3 Engineers to identify trends in incidents
- Supporting Android and iOS devices
- Troubleshooting mobile applications on Android and iOS devices such as email, Skype, MS Teams, and Yammer
- Troubleshooting email security and retention issues
- Troubleshooting user profile issues
- Troubleshooting and managing SharePoint access and permissions issues
- Managing .PST files and email inbox issues
- Incident, Problem and Request management
