• Facilitating the team’s progress toward team goals
• Facilitating all team meetings, including the Daily Stand - up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective.
• Onsite Offshore Coordination
• Coordination with other teams and stakeholders like Infra, Security and Business users
• Conduct demos and reviews
• Creates PI plan, sprint plan and supports in estimation
