Detailed Job Description:
Open ServiceNow tickets to track patching work being performed, and close the tickets upon completion of the workDeploy patches, which may include applying security patches, updating software, andor updating systems settings, utilizing Microsoft SCCM to push patches as Systems allowIf unable to utilize Microsoft SCCM to push patches, contact user to manually apply patches via screen share to remotely control the users SystemDeploy the patches using PowerShell scripting if having issues using SCC
