• Technical Project Manager with experience and knowledge in cost management, time management, risk management .
• Experience of on - time, within budget, large complex multi-million-dollars high visibility global enterprise, infrastructure, data center, call centers, and business application development projects.
• Experience with IVR/CTI platform and applications
• Network and Telephony administration
• Skills in IT Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile-Scrum Methodology
• Financial planning/budgeting of large scale multimillion dollar projects
• Resource Management
• Status Reporting
