Day to Day job Duties:
Interact with Client stakeholders to understand Business and technical needs
Interface with client Architects to develop Application Architecture
Work on Application development as a Lead developer
Guide other developers in implementing Application Architecture.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in C++ development
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphical Design and Qt Development
Proficiency in Linux development environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing complex software application
Experience with developing message based application
Experience working with offshore team
Experience working with client directly
Strong written and verbal communication skills require
Experience in Agile methodology
Nice to have experience:
Prior Railroad applications development experience
Knowledge of Positive Train Control system
Proficiency in following Tools needed:
Bamboo
Jenkins
Bitbucket
Git
Travel: This position is based in New York City, NY.
Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
