• Work with technical team to make products easier to use by documenting the instructions and procedures.
• Create detailed and precise release notes, how-to documents, instructions, FAQs, design PRDs etc.
• Revise documents on need basis.
• Able to use bug tracking tools, document repositories.
• Abilily to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
