Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)*:
- Experience in implementation and Support of Manhattan SCOPE (Preferably Manhattan WMOS 2017)
- Experience in Manhattan SCALE
- Good leadership skills in coordinating with offshore and other interface teams as needed for implementation tasks and to resolve the incidents

- Proactive to identify issues in the system and suggest solutions and process improvements
- Should be good in periodic status reporting to the client and to Confidential.
Detailed Job Description:
- The customer is planning for Manhattan SCOPE implementation at one of their DCs by end of the year.
- This requirement is for providing implementation support and testing needed for the DC and other monitoring reporting tasks needed for the current SCALE DC until end of the year.
- From January 2018, this project will move into AMS onshore Offshore Support model for supporting the new SCOPE DC.
Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Should be good in periodic status reporting to the client and to Confidential.
- Responsible for implementation testing, coordinating and owning cutover tasks and take end to end ownership on implementation.
- Responsible for Incident Management, Resolution of the Incidents, Workarounds, Minor Enhancements
