Our client is seeking a dynamic administrative project coordinator with a high level of professionalism.
The person will be responsible for daily core administrative tasks and coordination of mission critical activities. In addition, ad hoc projects will be performed as needed to support the multiple requests for information and presentation by Executive IT Management, including Human Resources and Financial analysis, IT OPS planning, training and local government awards. The idea candidate is highly motivated, goal driven, fast learner with exceptional communication and organization skills and be adaptable to change.
QUALIFICATIONS:
People who will be successful in this position are those who possess:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of working experience in a similar role in
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
- Ability to respond proactively to requests and ensure they are completed timely, of high quality and reflect the stakeholder's unique need
- Attend and record meeting decisions, action items, and coordinate the dissemination of results in hard and soft copy to all attendees.
- Team player, collaborative, with a focus on initiative and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and communication (articulate oral and written) skills.
- Superb organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Project and Visio.
