Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

• Assess, develop, and deploy BI/Reporting technical deliverables within Essilor’s BI realm; take into account necessary mappings, procedures, packages and scenarios required to deliver towards current projects and future footprint
• Leverage EPMO established framework, PM, BA, and Tech Leads to ensure all project deliverables, including Solution Architecture, are delivered
• Design dashboards, KPIs, reports and user guided experiences by interacting with the in - house BI technical Lead, business analyst and other team members
• Tune processes and provide assessment/resolution of the performance issues
• Create deployment artifacts for migration of the solution on various environments following the stages of the project
• Provide documentation on all above deliverables
• Serve as Technical SME for Business Leads throughout the delivery. Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, ELOA, and other parties involved
• Leverage industry best practices in achieving above deliverables and mentor Essilor staff

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field required
• Minimum of 7+ years experience in data warehouse ETL/BI development, reporting, and analytics
• Advanced knowledge of ETL development tools including Data Integrator or Informatica will be beneficial
• Database knowledge in Oracle 8/9I, including SQL, performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables/solution, and then work towards architecture, development, unit testing, UAT migration and QA testing support, Prod cut-over, and providing support during warranty phases of the projects
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts
• Exposure to data quality tools
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project)
• Able to communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and data analysis skills with attention to details
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
