Complete Description: Entering Request and Incident Tickets in Service Now ticketing system
• Troubleshooting Second Level Support Tickets assigned to your group through Service Now
- Creating and updating Knowledge Base articles
• Providing excellent Customer Service for All Customers.
• Recording and reporting time spend with customers
• Troubleshooting network connectivity from the switch for Phones, Computers, and Printers.
• Assist Network Engineering Team with Troubleshooting of switches and phones.
• Provide Support for: IOS, Android, Windows OS, and Mac OS devices.
- Knowledge of GPO, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Experience Troubleshooting Printers, Scanners, and Copiers.
• Knowledge of MDT, KACE, SCCM and PowerShell preferred but not required.
