- At least 2 years of experience in Insurance Domain with at least oneyear experience in commercial insurance. Hands on experience in Agile software development methodology. Knowledge of KANBAN is preferred.
- Awareness of production support SLOs and proven ability to meet those. Experience on managed services engagements is preferred. Ability to work in team in diverse multiple stakeholder environment Communication and Analytical skills

Project is TM engagement for supporting existing mainframe applications in the areas of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management.Need to communicate effectively with business and IT leadership and do the status reportingProject requires hands on experience in COBOL, DB2 and SAS and experience on production support projects
