Job Description:

• Hands on development / configuration experience in ServiceNow ITSM suite (IM, PM, CM KM)
• Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Hands on experience general development aspects ( custom workflows, glide business rules, client scripts, UI policies etc.)
• Hands on experience in building integrations using REST / SOAP API, OKTA / SSO
• Good understanding of other integration technologies is plus (e.g. MFT/ SFTP, batch processing)
• Hands on experience in building transform maps and data migration
• Hands on experience in scripting languages (Java, Angular etc.)
• Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Asset management is required, any hands on implementation experience is a plus
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions
• Having past experience in 2-3 implementation is a plus
• Should be able to coordinate with different teams (client SME / offshore developers) to progress and complete given work
