Detailed Job Description:

• Required to perform all basic Desktop Support duties such as hardware break fix, software installs, software debugging.
• Responsible for remote and local hardware and software installs.
• Required knowledge to deploy via BigFix andor SCCM 20121
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Console operation experience including creation of mailboxes and distribution lists.
• Perform network configuration and reconfiguration of Cisco Routers, Switches and Access Points.
• Experience in routers, switches, firewalls
