• 7 years of project management experience AgileScrum Master does not count
• PMI Project Management Professional  PMP Certification required
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in an Information Technology related discipline
• Previous IT experience
• Strong desire for PM career path
• Demonstrated passion for learning and institutionalizing knowledge
• Approachable and sought out by others for knowledge and insight
