This role will be expected to perform data and functional requirement analysis and to create documentation ranging from functional designs to complex process flows to ensure business requirements are understood by the team and completed successfully. This will include an ability to understand, document and explain the logical and physical architecture of a data warehouse/data lake and complex ETL processes. The ideal candidate must also have a proven track record of supporting highly visible initiatives where multiple business units are involved and are critical to the project's success.

Responsibilities include:

• Initiate and facilitate communications between stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Capture and disseminate technical and business information.
• Work with the business and technical team members to document detailed functional and data requirements, process flows, use cases, and test scenarios.
• Manage the UAT process by performing test case and data validations and obtaining business approvals on UAT for scheduled deployments.
• Serve as a liaison to other teams in planning, coordination, development and deployment of project deliverables.
• Ensure delivery of project deliverables meet the requirements defined by the business customer.

Job Requirements:

• Solicit and elaborate requirements from business and IT stakeholders.
• Create business and functional requirement documents
• Build complex workflow diagrams to depict business processes, system processes and data flows.
• Lead data definition and mapping exercises.
• Build and execute acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Validate large data sets and data processing logic.
• Plan and conduct testing processes.
• Create user guides and training documentation as needed.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT or related technical professions
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience using Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical skills for problem solving
• Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or other data analysis tools
• Agile/Scrum experience
• JIRA/Confluence experience
• Data Science or Business Intelligence experience
• Entertainment Industry Work Experience.

Education

• Bachelor Degree required.
