Requirements: Core Skills include:
-        Experience with NetApp discovery and analysis tools.
-        Array/Performance/Interop/Config health checks for NetApp.
-        Documentation skills i.e. writing SOP’s for std NetApp changes (provisioning storage,
-        extending file systems and pools etc).
Platform coverage:
-        NetApp is a must
VNX is highly recommended
This is basically a NetApp guru who has done implementation and SA work. 
They need to understand the deep dive questions that would come from an expert.
