Detailed Job Description:

• Excellent knowledge of the CSG Billing application.
• Experience in PrePost deployment validation of offers, new products and configuration changes
• Billing system order entry knowledge
• Analytical and critical thinking skills are a must
• Receives and reviews change requests for rates, campaigns, and packages
• Collaborate with the Billing Config Design team for defects and downstream teams for end to end testing
• Performing defect testing, consent validation and support testing for new system deployments

1. Ability to review and provide inputs to the team on test case coverage
