Ideal Candidate:
- Candidate should have 5+ years’ experience managing IT projects, and have strong communication skills.
- Candidate should have experience coordinating projects that involve multiple system integration points.
- Candidate should be familiar with Agile & Waterfall SDLC methods.
- Candidate should be comfortable speaking to Business Customers in Call Center, as well as multiple IT Groups.
- Any Call Center related background is a plus.
- Must be proficient in Windows, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel).
- Must be self-motivated, good working relationship with working partners as well as business.
- Knowledge of Call Center operations, IVR, and Sales Force is a nice to have.
