Detailed Job Description:

• Responsible of the test environments to support and manage the usage of clients integrated endtoend test environments.
• Accountable for all the ITIL based activities, Service Desk, incident management, problem management, KEDB, mailbox monitoring, supporting and coordinating for all the defects and incidents.
• Responsible for the Continuous Improvement Track for Process Improvement and automation Accountable for ERM Batch planning, scheduling, monitoring and communicating.
