Product owner:-

• Proficient in all aspects of Program Management. Must have experience in managing complex BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) programs in multi-vendor and global teams. Experience in 401Kand pension fund domain would be a plus.

• Experience in delivering a sound and successful solutions to business problems

• Experience in participating and where required driving Business and IT Roadmap for Customers

• Experience in Engaging with Customer (Business and IT) in Delivery as well as pre-sales to own the outcome

• Experience in overseeing Large Program or Portfolio of project/programs involving multiple teams in across multiple locations and time zones

• Strong project management and interpersonal skills. Should be able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities, provide strong team leadership, and work effectively as a team player

• Collaborates and address problems faced by technical and business teams

• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

• Understanding of industry best practices, standards and processes

• Knowledge of Current and Emerging Domain and Technology Trends.
