• Workflow and data load monitoring Incident management identification and investigation, troubleshooting, escalation and resolution.
• Be able to analyze and resolve issues related to different applications in scope.
• Analytics applications and generate operational reports Perform daily Operational tasks.
• Status Reporting Coordinate between Caterpillar and Offshore Support teams.
