Detailed Job Description:
- Assist in fully integrating the Oracle HCM cloud system into current business applications and provide input on best practices.
- Configure Oracle HCM cloud system to meet business needs
- Take appropriate initiative to follow through and complete tasks effectively
- Collaborate with team members and be mindful of interdependent processes
- Develop reports using SQL and BI Publisher
- Develop HCM extracts, Flow Patterns, Benefits data extract
