Required Skills:

• Strong abilities in troubleshooting methodologies to isolate and identify configuration, design, and hardware anomalies; ability to clearly articulate findings in written and verbal communications with engineering staff
• Strong understanding of network concepts and practices
• Advanced routing protocols and switching
• Potential network infrastructures
• Strong understanding of load balancer/application delivery controller devices and configurations, specifically f5 LTM and GTM
• Proven ability in monitoring tools and concepts,
• Familiarity with firewalls and enterprise security measures
• Comfortable and utilizing network access and management tools

Required Background

• More than three to five years of experience within a NOC, IT, or ISP environment supporting networks and networking equipment
• CCNA or equivalent certification
