Required Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
2. At least 6 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

1. At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture view.
2. At least 3 years of experience in analyzing requirement specifications based on Design /Detailing/Application Integration/Coding.
3. At least 4 years of experience in Designed and developed the process using TIBCO BW and MFT (Optional)
4. Good exposure and hands on experience in TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Admin
5. Exposure in WSDL source files and web services
6. Middleware implementation, Good hands - on to API package release management and configuration,
7. At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
8. Overall responsible for Technical deliverables.
9. Managing and reviewing deliverables from the team.
10. Work with Architecture team, Solution team, Business Analysts and deliver the code components
11. Point of contact for all delivery, operational requirements and issues
12. Analytical and Excellent Communication skills
13. Planning and Co-ordination skills
14. Ability to work closely with Client’s to define and derive the solutions
15. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
