Detailed Job Description:

• Strong SQL skills, can understand data models, relationships, and can write ad hoc queries
• Familiar with various DBMS systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata
• Familiarity with ETL concepts
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Microstrategy, Qlik, Tableau
• Strong communication skills, can explain complex data concepts in layperson terms
• Has ability to envision how various tools and capabilities might help endusers, can help design tools and interfaces
• Understands various data models normalized

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Helps keep business requirements realistic and in line with what is possible with the data
2. Assists Data Quality efforts with ad hoc reports, and by aiding in the design of selfservice tools for data stewards and others
3. Can lead moderately complex projects and oversee development to create selfservice reporting tools
