- Production support 24x7 support on call.
- Answers to technical questions regarding applications.
- Defect analysis and resolution.
- Emergency modifications and corrections.
- Support during application failure.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Changes for application.
- Conformity to system software, database and development tool upgrades.
- Periodic execution of application health checks.
- Documentation.
- Maintenance of D2P documents.
- Maintain and support tools used by Client.
