• Solid CORIC support experience
• Production/Application support experience 4+ years.
• Knowledge of batch monitoring, user support.
• Good communication .
• Experience in monitoring data loads.
• Taking user calls and creating cases from it etc. follow up, reporting
• Have worked in client environment directly with stake holders.
