Detailed Job Description:

• Talend development involving Big data components like Hadoop, HiveQL, Impala, Spark, Mapreduce for utility Major which has huge volumes of data 500M per day.
• Write high performance, reliable and maintainable code.
• Develop and deploy Talend jobs across al enviroments.
• Build Unix framework to trigger the jobs using Redwood scheduler.
• Proven understanding and working experience on ETL jobs development and architecture.

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Develop and deploy high performing Talend jobs that interact with Hadoop clusters
2. Manage resource utilization on Talend Servers
3. Assess Talend and Hadoop clusters and performance tune jobs to meet business standard SLAs
