• Atleast 8 years of experience in software development life cycle. Expertise on Data Conversion, Integration and Reporting tools related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Good Knowledge and understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR and PeopleSoft HCM and experience in developing and supporting Coexistence between the two systems
• Candidate should be proficient in the delivered processes and reports Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Communication and Analytical skills
