• Nagios monitoring
• Extensive scripting experience with python and shell

Role requirements:

• Extensive experience with Unix and windows system administration
• Should be able to design and implement automation and alerting for any SNMP enabled components.
• Experience with software configuration management using chef preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of database and storage 
• Working knowledge of graphite would be a good to have.
• Proven strong teamwork, communication, collaboration and ownership skills.
• Ability to work well across different infrastructure teams for monitoring requirements.
