• Functional Oracle Incentive Compensation SMEs
• Participate in Requirements session
• Lead design sessions and come up with functional design document
• Review of technical design, configuration done.
• Review of unit test results
• Participate in solution discussions with Oracle team and customerSupportsystem integration testing and UAT via analysis of defects and possible root causes and recommend fixes
