Detailed Job Description:
- This position will be responsible for the end to end - development, configuration and implementation of Service Catalog module on the ServiceNow
- ServiceNow - Service Catalog lead developer. Demonstrates sound working knowledge of ServiceNow’s core architecture and primary application modules such as Service Catalog, CMDB, ITAM and ITSM
- Experience in gathering & reviewing requirements, making sure that the development tasks are on target
- Articulate functional and technical requirements to fellow development team members for more advanced development work
- Experience with development and configuration of workflows, business and email rules, catalog items and ACLs.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology - development, test and deployment
- Effectively communicates with both internal and external customers
- 3 or more years administering or developing on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g. ERP applications)
- ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification
- ITIL Foundations Certification
