Must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required, Major in Information Technology Related Field or Business/Management Preferred
• PMI® PMP® Certification Preferred
• Infrastructure project experience Required
• Experience with the implementation and migration of Enterprise Systems and Network Preferred
• Servant Leader
• High sense of service. Passionate about assisting project team members and peers
• Can communicate and understand needs and challenge of IT Operations personnel
• Great attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication/language skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity (not a perfectionist nor prone to analysis paralysis).
• Team Player (within the ePMO team and the technical project teams)
• Experienced about when and when not to use PM best practices.
• Ability to turn critical conflicts into positive experiences
• Need to know how to make allies and quickly gain trust of the direct technical leaders and partners.
