JD:

• Monitoring - server availability and performance/ System resources - CPU, Disk, Memory etc/ security vulnerabilities/ performance thresholds
• Troubleshooting - Work with application teams to resolve issues
• System administration – File system management, Manage typical UNIX/Linux mount points including RAID, SAN and RAW devices 
• Network and web management - Network services including FTP, SSH, NFS, HTTP
• Patch management/ upgrades/ Server builds
