• Experience with Nuance VUI and call flows. IVR testing experience with agent screen pop validations.
• Create manual IVR test cases using Nuance documentation framework Voice User Interface design VUI and potentially execute these test cases.
• SAP experience to help creating test data requests.
• Experience with testing tools such as Jira Qmetry to facilitate test execution.
• CISCO CVP testing experience is a plus
