MUST HAVE:

• At least 6 years of experience as DB2 DBA ON MAINFRAMES 
• Must have strong hands on experience on all Database administration including Patching, installation, upgrades 
• Must be very strong on Patching mechanisms, working with all the required stakeholders 
• Good on performance tuning, health monitoring and take the business decisions to favor the health of the environment 
• Analytical and Communication skills 
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
