Detailed Job Description:

• Develop Environment Management process to manage and book test environments for Agile and Waterfall deliveries
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices, must have worked on any market leading ITSM tools
• Responsible for managing environment management schedules and bookings
• Exposure to Release management functionBMC Remedy, JIRA, ServiceNow PLUTORA or any other ITSM tool
• Good understanding of mainframe systems Understanding of UnixLinux systems preferred
