Skillsets

• Oracle - forms (Competency – High)
• Pro C (Competency – Medium)
• Oracle – PL-SQL (Competency – High)
• Unix Shell scripts (Competency – High)
• However, if the proficiency in PL-SQL in High, even if the individual does not have much experience in ProC, the individual should be able to pick up quickly.
• Nature of Work
• Enhancements to the existing application.
• L2/L3 Support
• On-call Support

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

• Hands-on developer. Every individual (irrespective of role) is expected to be an individual contributor and would need to work with client resources.
• Onshore resource should be able to interface with the business team (in addition to the technical contribution).
• L2/L3 Production Support
• Analysis, Design, Build, Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
• Interfacing with the QA team as and when needed.
• Adherence to schedule
• Adherence to quality
• Defect free coding
