• Resource should have good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, specifically Service cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities and should be able to work with offshore, guiding them on day to day tasks
• Resource should also have working experience in Agile framework and able to support Agile activities.
• Resource should have good communication skills and should be able to interact client stakeholders directly.
• Resource should have good understanding of JIRA test management tool
