Detailed Job Description:

• Ensuring that all aspects of PNC Enterprise Shared platforms, running in a Linux.
• Unix environment remain operational to satisfy needs of the business users.
• Support and administration functions will include SAS Administration,
• SAS Production Application Scheduling, monitoring and support
• Python administration and Big Data Tools support.

1. Manage Production Incidents and Outages
2. Diagnose production issues, engage related parties, and follow through to resolution
