Detailed Job Description:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of Hyperion Planning and Essbase experience in performing Hyperion software administration with at least one year in a lead capacity.
• Expertise in installation, configuration and patching of Oracle EPM System 1
• 4 including Shared Services, BI+ Products (Workspace, Financial Reporting and Web Analysis), Hyperion planning, Essbase, Windows platform in a distributed environment
• Must have Experience of in Oracle WebLogic as they pertain to Oracle Hyperion EPM installation and administration
• EPM Servers monitoring using various monitoring tools and health check automation using shell and batch scripts
• Leads, mentors and assists software developers/engineers with technical Hyperion issues.
• Functional understanding of financial, accounting and allocations concepts and relevance in managing financial or operational performance
• Expertise in Essbase cube analysis, design and maintenance, Essbase database administration, upgrades, performance tuning and optimization.
• Working knowledge on Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process and functions.
• Advanced knowledge of Hyperion Essbase (ASO, BSO, Calculation Scripts, Rules, MDX, MAXL)
• Advanced knowledge of Smart view and Financial Reporting Studio
