Detailed JD:

• Requires Good communication and client interfacing skill
• Control M application support and maintenance.
• Should have hands on experience in developing scripts in PL/Sql and Linux.
• Should be able to work on the Control - m enhancement work.
• Should have working experience in development of control m job / scheduling monitoring and troubleshooting
• Manage the Control m related tickets and their triage.
• Ensure the tickets are closed on time as per SLA’s
• Monthly and weekly reporting
• Closely work with client team and work on the future road maps and process improvements.
• Should be available on on-call support on demand.
• Should be flexible to work timings.

Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Certifications Needed: No

• Onsite and offshore coordination
