Knowledge of CRM 7.0 Territory Management, Activity Management, Account and
Contact Management. Configuration experience a plus.
Experience in Territory Management; Defining territory rules, Realigning
territories based on predefined rules. Understanding of Business Rule
Framework. Experience in running PROC_REL, TERRMAN and dependent jobs.
In-depth experience in CRM Middleware; Bdoc Modeling, development,
troubleshooting and monitoring. Bdoc flow services customizing. Development and
enhancement of custom Bdocs for Mobile Sales Application. Solid experience with
Admin Console and Replication Modeling ( Subscriptions, Publication and
subscription Agent )
In depth experience in ABAP Development including Object-oriented Programming,
Reports, BADI, User-exits, Workflow components as well as enhancement points.
Strong background in BAPI development and troubleshooting for all integration
areas. Understanding IDOC processing, troubleshooting and resolution.
Strong LSMW programming skills for data migration and conversion for Sales
Activities and Business Partner mass loads.
Understanding of CRM Web User Interface design, development and
troubleshooting.
Thorough understanding of CRM integration with ECC(RFC,tRFC,Idoc), BI (
Extractors ), HR ( Idoc ) ,and other non-SAP systems ( Idoc ). Troubleshoot and
resolve issues with document, product, account and HR replication. Familiarity
with BI/BW Extractors; Enhancement of generic and custom CRM data sources for
BI and extractor checker functionality.
Experience with SAP Mobile Sales Application is a plus.
Understanding of SAP CRM Case Management is a plus.
Management experience (2-3 years) and at least 8-10 years SAP experience,
including SAP CRM Middleware and ABAP. Team size is 5 people: operations
person, SAP CRM mobile developers, and a CRM administrator. Team is focused on
support: mostly problem investigation/solving with minimal development.
