- 5+ years of progressive experience in data warehouse architecture design, logical and physical data modeling, prototyping, data security & ETL process modeling in Microsoft BI stack. (MS SQL server, SSAS, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of relational database theory, principles and best practices.
- Experience in Microsoft SSAS tabular model with proficiency in writing complex DAX scripts to support PowerBI KPIs.
- Understand and Implement complex user authentication and data access authorization security models in Analysis services tabular model.
- Experience in ETL design, implementation using MS SSIS.
- Highly proficient in T - SQL script development using stored procedures, views, user defined functions etc.
- Strong ability to analyze data and identify data quality issues.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of the DAX (Data Analysis expressions) language
- Experience with Azure Data Service and Products (ex. Data Factory, Data Lake, Data Lake Analytics) a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other Visualization tools a plus.
- · Experience creating cloud-based solution using Azure is PLUS
