Detailed Job Description:
- Defines Process Automation development methodology and testing practices/standards
- Defines the Process Automation learning path for Process Automation Developers
- Manages development work both onshore and offshore. May lead team of onshore developers
- Responsible to lead day to day Controller functions which may include offshore leadership
- Responsible to coordinate both intake assessments, feasibility study and prioritization
- Responsible for developing and managing the Change Program for Consumer Process Automation
- Participates in design authority review and peer review sessions to include working with Process Automation Services on design architecture
- Participates in the automation candidate evaluation and prioritization process
- Serves in Process Automation leadership team to provide technical guidance with formulating long - range development plans
- Serves as technical lead for Consumer Process Automation
