• Good working experience in Windows Server Administration and PostgreSql,
• Worked on product SD Elements & SD Essentials added advantage 
• Worked Product & Patch Upgrades (Including but not limited to activities like installations, database restoration, Validations, configurations, etc.)
• Identify and implement process automation to eliminate mundane manual steps
• Content testing & tool regression testing requirements
• System monitoring, timely health checks and tool specific support requests
