Detailed Job Description:
- Looking for Technology Lead with 10 years or more experience in Informatica / Data Solution, provisioning and integration.
- Experience working in large, complex Informatica Data Integration and ETL programs in Development, Administration and Support solutions
- Knowledge of MDM
- Communication Skills (this is must since we have multiple stakeholders), Business Analyst exposure
- Pharma Back ground
- Veeva Knowledge
- Hands on skills using various Data Integration Transformations like Joins, Rank, Insert/Update, Partitioning, SCDs
- Strong understanding of RDBMS and Data warehousing concepts and Knowledge in Data mart development, ER Modeling and Data - Flow Modeling, Types of schema.
- Strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy
Responsibilities:
- Participate in business and system requirements sessions to understand & document AS-IS pain points, challenges, business processes, systems & needs.
- Identify high level process/system changes or enhancements required in the existing data warehouse & reports.
- Work with the team to evaluate overall solution to ensure design incorporates all functional & non-functional requirements.
- Support & review ETL enhancements by providing inputs in Informatica data flows.
- Conduct client review of & get user acceptance testing (UAT) sign-off
- Support deployment activities to ensure smooth go-live
- Coordinate with offshore team in during analysis, development, deployment & support phase of the project.
- Support all existing Informatica ETL flows by investigating & resolving any issue within defined SLA
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery.
- Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills
