Must Have Skills/Certifications:
- Solid working experience in CA Clarity PPM V14 and above covering Technical and functional modules
- Ability to understand customer requirements and do effective feasibility analysis
- Comprehensive understanding on Project and portfolio management life cycle and data model of Clarity PPM
- Implementation experience in Project management, Portfolio Management, Process Management, Demand Management, Financial Management, NPIO’s, Requirements Management, Service Management modules
- Solid working experience in Clarity Studio components like objects, portlets, processes, lookups and PPM add ins.
- Extensive experience in using process management effectively for Automation business needs
- Experience/Knowledge of Integrating Clarity with 3rd Party products which includes Share point, People Soft, Sales Force, Agile Vision, Field Glass etc
- Experience with Clarity upgrades which includes Major upgrades and Minor upgrades
- Experience in working with Clarity integration issues with MSP and OWB
- Extensive Knowledge of PL/SQL, Gel scripting, XOG and connectors for integration
- Any knowledge/Working experience on Clarity PPM Add, ins – EVMS, PMBOK, BRM, PMO will be considered as value add
- Working experience on Clarity implementation via Scrum methodology will be considered as value add
- Clarity Implementation and Tool Evaluation Working experience with Financial and Retail customers will be considered as value add
- Domain: PPM and Best Practices
- Operating Systems: Linux, Windows
- DB – Oracle/SQL
Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Well versed with PPM core modules and CA Clarity PPM certified
- Experience in implementing Clarity as a product for customer needs and provide effective consultancy services
- CA Clarity PPM Upgrade experience
- CA Clarity PPM Integration experience with 3rd party products
