Up on modern architecture and design of systems

Should understand how software is built from the ground up and what platform architecture is vs. application architecture

This is for someone that is senior/seasoned, not a mid to lower level person

Distributed Systems, Middleware, Data, and Clustering Technologies (These are all the pre-cursors to modern Cloud architecture)

Cloud Foundry is something that we use, we also use several other leading/bleeding edge technologies

Java and/or Ruby Experience (Spring a plus)

Experience with Distributed Systems/Clustering or Deep Middleware Integration

Must have a passion to learn new technologies and approaches (And must stay VERY current on new technologies)
